Terms of Service

This is a placeholder. The full Terms of Service text is being finalized by counsel. The EverThread auth flow collects only the email address and a bcrypt-hashed password; no payment data, no PII beyond what the user voluntarily types into the registration form. Audit logs store the hashed IP and a SHA-256 of the email-lowercased address for rate-limiting purposes; the raw email is never logged.
